Association of PRS with Clinically-Relevant Health Outcomes
To investigate the clinical implications of genomic vulnerability to psychiatric disorders in real-world health system data, we are examining whether PRS, independent of diagnosis, are associated with measures of burden of comorbidity and healthcare utilization.
Phenome-wide Association Studies (PheWAS) for Schizophrenia (SCZ)
Evaluation of penetrance and pleiotropy of genetic risk for SCZ. Utilizing EHR, the PRS for 106,160 patients were calculated and tested for association with various health traits.
