PsycheMERGE Phenotyping

As part of the central PsycheMERGE R01 grant, the primary objective of this workgroup is to conduct cross-site validations of EHR-based psychiatric phenotypes via clinician chart review. In addition, we seek to develop methods of improving the performances of these algorithms at multiple sites.
