Phenotyping

Various members of the PsycheMERGE Consortium are developing and validating EHR-based phenotypes of neuropsychiatric phenotypes including but not limited to autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), eating disorders (ED), bipolar disorder (BPAD), major depressive disorder (MDD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), schizophrenia (SCZ), Tourette’s syndrome (TS), substance use disorder (SUD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), developmental language disorder (DLD), psychogenic non-epileptic seizures (PNES).
